Heads are staggered across the width, which spreads the cut and keeps No.4 satin even out to the edges. The result is the familiar brushed satin surface — No.4 — with grain running consistently along the panel.
It takes stock from 0.3-4mm in thickness. The working envelope also covers belt abrasive station at No.4, so the surface stays within tolerance across the batch.
