Every OUYIGANG line is assembled and tested in our own plant in Gaoming District, Foshan, before it is dismantled for shipment. Buyers are welcome to inspect a running machine — or to send their own material for a finish sample trial before placing an order.

Wide-belt wet grinding lines for removing mill defects and preparing the surface for No.4, hairline or mirror finishing. Available for both cut sheet and continuous coil.

Equipment assembly
Machining, frame welding, head assembly, electrical cabinet wiring and PLC programming are done under one roof, so a customised line does not depend on sub-suppliers' schedules.
Pre-delivery testing
Before shipment each line is run with material, the finish is checked against the agreed sample, and the operating parameters are recorded and handed over with the machine. This is the single biggest reason our commissioning time on site stays short.
