FAQ
What grades of stainless steel can this buffing machine handle?
The austenitic and ferritic grades used for surface-critical stainless steel coil work run through it — 304, 316, 430, 439 and 445 among others. The abrasive sequence is matched to the grade, so mixed batches can be run without changing hardware.
Can it be reconfigured for a different finish later?
Yes. Changing the abrasive sequence, and the belt or compound grade, moves the machine between finishes on stainless steel coil. The frame and drive train stay as they are; only the consumables and the stored recipe change.
