This polishing line processes stainless steel coil in coil form, delivering a consistent No.8 / 8K super mirror finish across the full strip width. Polishing proceeds in defined stages — cut, refine, finish — so 8K mirror is arrived at rather than forced. Super mirror (8K / No.8) is the top of the range, specified where the panel has to be genuinely reflective.
It takes stock from 0.3～2.0 in thickness. The working envelope also covers processing Width at 1000~1550 max, so the surface stays within tolerance across the batch.
Product Description
This polishing machine is configured for No.8 / 8K super mirror finish on stainless steel coil. The polishing train combines belt and wheel stations, letting one line cover both stock removal and final 8K mirror.
Line speed is set at 1.5, depending on the finish required.
In the configuration supplied: feeding speed 1.5; grade of sheet JIS200,300 series; coil thickness 0.3～2.0; processing Width 1000~1550 max.
