Continuous processing means stainless steel coil reaches No.8 / 8K super mirror finish without the stop-start marks that show on batch machines. The buffing section is what turns a levelled surface into 8K mirror, cutting haze rather than stock. Super mirror (8K / No.8) is the top of the range, specified where the panel has to be genuinely reflective.
It takes stock from 0.3～2.0 in thickness. The working envelope also covers sheet thickness at 0.6～3.0, so the surface stays within tolerance across the batch.
How It Works
This buffing machine is configured for No.8 / 8K super mirror finish on stainless steel coil. Cloth wheels and compound do the final work, lifting the surface to 8K mirror after the abrasive stations have levelled it.
Line speed is set at 1.5, depending on the finish required.
This build runs to processing Width 1000~1550 max and grade of sheet JIS200,300 series, with coil thickness 0.3～2.0 and feeding speed 1.5.

Can it be reconfigured for a different finish later?
Yes. Changing the abrasive sequence, and the belt or compound grade, moves the machine between finishes on stainless steel coil. The frame and drive train stay as they are; only the consumables and the stored recipe change.
