Engineered for single-sheet work, it brings stainless steel sheet to a No.8 / 8K super mirror finish in one pass through the polishing station. Each polishing station is independently loaded, which lets the operator tune the cut and reach 8K mirror on the first pass. No.8 mirror means the surface reads as glass — the grade used for feature walls, lift cabins and reflective ceilings.
It takes stock from 0.6~3.0 in thickness. The working envelope also covers sheet width at 1250 max, so the surface stays within tolerance across the batch.
How It Works
This polishing machine is configured for No.8 / 8K super mirror finish on stainless steel sheet. Each polishing station is independently loaded, which lets the operator tune the cut and reach 8K mirror on the first pass.
Line speed is set at 0.5~1.2, depending on the finish required.
In the configuration supplied: sheet thickness 0.6~3.0; processing speed 0.5~1.2; sheet width 1250 max; grade of sheet 430,439,445,304,316,200 series.
What Sets It Apart
- Service access is from the front, so the machine can sit against a wall.
- Dust and fume are taken off at the station, not at the room, so the working area stays clear.
- The frame is stress-relieved before machining, which keeps the working heads in alignment under load.
- Guide rolls are crowned and adjustable, keeping the strip or sheet tracking true through the machine.
Applications
- reflective ceiling panels
- equipment builders finishing their own panels
- high-end appliance trim
- art installations and sculpture
Packing & Delivery
Export packing for sea freight, 30 days lead time from deposit, and installation supervision with operator training on request.
FAQ
How is the machine packed and shipped?
Export packing: the polishing machine is protected against moisture and mechanical damage, loaded into a container and secured for sea freight. Documentation and the packing list travel with the shipment.
Is the machine suitable for thin gauge stainless steel sheet?
Within the thickness range listed above, yes. Thin material is supported across its full width through the polishing station, which is what stops it from lifting or marking on the way through.
