- Multi-Layer Vacuum Vapor-Barrier Sealing: Critical drive motors, electrical cabinets, and optical sensors are encapsulated in heavy-gauge vacuum-sealed aluminum-foil moisture barrier wrap packed with high-capacity silica gel desiccants.
- Fumigated Solid Timber Enclosures: High-precision modules and standalone component crates are fabricated using ISPM-15 compliant heat-treated solid timber, reinforced with steel corner brackets.
- Heavy-Duty Structural Skid Mounting: Machine beds are anchored to heavy structural H-beam skids, facilitating safe forklift handling and overhead crane rigging at destination ports.
- Container Lashing & Dynamic Shock Bracing: Inside 40ft High Cube (HQ) or Open-Top (OT) sea containers, machines are immobilized using cross-braced heavy steel wire ropes, turnbuckles, and timber wedge chocks bolted directly into the container floor.
