表面处理线又重又长，而且怕潮。我们的包装标准是为到任何港口的海运设计的。

包装标准

• 加工面与轴类做防锈处理并包裹
• 机架固定在钢制托架上；电控柜单独包装并放干燥剂
• 整箱（FCL）或超限机架用平板柜（flat rack）
• 发运前提供装柜照片记录

发运

从佛山 / 广州 / 深圳口岸出运。可提供的贸易条款：EXW、FOB、CFR、CIF。

随附文件

• 操作与维护手册（英文）
• 电气原理图与 PLC 程序备份
• 带建议库存量的备件清单
• 装箱单、商业发票、产地证

到现场之后

设备到场后，工程师到现场指导基础施工、安装与联机调试，并对操作与维护人员做培训。因为每条线出厂前都已带料试机并记录参数，现场调试主要是复现这些参数并按您的实际材料微调，周期可控。

What type of sea containers are required for complete polishing lines?

Standard sheet-to-sheet machines typically pack into 40ft HQ dry containers. Extra-wide machines (over 1600mm width) or heavy coil uncoilers may require 40ft Open Top (OT) or Flat Rack (FR) containers with waterproof tarpaulin covers.

How long does the rust protection film last during sea shipping and storage?

Our export anti-rust coating and vacuum desiccant packaging provide reliable corrosion protection for up to 12 months under normal warehouse and transit conditions.

Does OUYIGANG assist with customs clearance documentation?

Yes. We provide complete sets of shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form E, Form RCEP, CO), and CE Certificates to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
