Kitchenware and catering equipment is a volume business with a cosmetic finish requirement. The economics therefore favour coil-to-coil processing: finish the coil, then cut and form, rather than finishing each part separately.

- 8K super mirror — premium cookware, decorative hotel fittings, display equipment
- No.4 — commercial kitchen surfaces, worktops, food counters
- Hairline — visible appliance and equipment fronts
Coil or sheet?
If your parts are stamped or cut from coil, a coil polishing line or coil 8K mirror line will normally be substantially cheaper per square metre than finishing individual blanks. If you already buy cut sheet, a sheet line is the right route.
The step people forget
Mirror-finished parts must be laminated before forming. Handling marks on a mirror surface are rejects, and no amount of packing care fixes that. Specify in-line film lamination.
