The line unwinds, grinding and rewinds stainless steel coil in a single continuous cycle, finishing at No.4 satin finish. Coated-abrasive belts do the cutting, levelling the surface in defined steps before any finishing station takes over. The result is the familiar brushed satin surface — No.4 — with grain running consistently along the panel.
The working section is configured with SB. The working envelope also covers sheet size at 1250X2500mm 1550X3000mm customized available, so the surface stays within tolerance across the batch.
Product Description
This grinding machine is configured for No.4 satin finish on stainless steel coil. The grinding section sets the base surface; what follows only refines it to No.4 satin.
The machine itself weighs Appro 13T.
This build runs to system Wet roller grinding and sheet thickness min / max 0.3-4mm, with no. of working unit 2-3 grinding heads and brush abrasive station SB.
Machine Features
- Coated abrasive belts give a controlled, repeatable cut and are changed in minutes rather than hours.
- Feed and pressure are set from a single panel, so an operator can correct the finish without leaving the station.
- Oil-type grinding carries the swarf away and keeps the abrasive cool, giving a cleaner surface on long runs.
- The operator sees station load on the panel, so a worn belt is caught before it ruins a panel.
Where It Is Used
- appliance panels and housings
- service centres processing coil to order
- door frames and architraves
- ventilation and duct components
Packing & Delivery
Export packing for sea freight, 30 days lead time from deposit, and installation supervision with operator training on request.
FAQ
How is the machine packed and shipped?
Export packing: the grinding machine is protected against moisture and mechanical damage, loaded into a container and secured for sea freight. Documentation and the packing list travel with the shipment.
What grades of stainless steel can this grinding machine handle?
The austenitic and ferritic grades used for surface-critical stainless steel coil work run through it — 304, 316, 430, 439 and 445 among others. The abrasive sequence is matched to the grade, so mixed batches can be run without changing hardware.
