Comprehensive Technical Audit by International Service Center Delegation
In this milestone project, an established international stainless steel distribution and service center delegation visited OUYIGANG’s manufacturing facility in Foshan, China. The client required a complete high-efficiency sheet-to-sheet surface treatment line capable of producing both architectural No.4 satin finishes and optical-grade 8K mirror sheets across 201, 304, and 316L grades.
Key Stages of the Factory Audit
- CNC Machining Inspection: The technical audit team inspected our 5-axis gantry milling centers, verifying the parallelism, perpendicularity, and dimensional accuracy of our welded machine frames.
- Spindle Dynamic Balance Verification: Live testing of our precision high-speed grinding spindle heads verified dynamic balancing vibration levels within ISO 1940 G2.5 thresholds.
- Live Trial Processing with Client Sheets: The client supplied pre-cut 1.5mm and 3.0mm thickness cold-rolled 304 stainless steel sheets. Our engineering team ran complete trial polishing batches, achieving an Ra value below 0.15 µm for No.4 finish and surface reflectivity exceeding 95% on 8K super mirror test runs.
- Safety & Electrical Integration Check: The client’s electrical engineer verified the CE-standard safety relay circuits, dual-channel E-stop response, and Siemens S7 PLC touchscreen interface.
Successful Acceptance and Production Handover
Following two days of intensive technical verification and trial sample testing, the audit team signed the official Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) protocol. The complete polishing line was cleaned, crated according to our 7-step export protocol, and dispatched on schedule to the destination port.
